Donation Requests
Requests for merchandise and autographed items are limited to organizations located in the Augusta area. Exceptions are made on a limited basis. The Augusta Lynx also can help your non-profit charity organization through a host of fundraising initiatives.

The Augusta Lynx receives several hundred donation requests each month. We wish it were possible to honor all of them since most are very worthwhile causes. Please know that all requests are given serious consideration. Due to the high volume of requests we receive, the following guidelines must be followed to assure fairness:

Application Process
Requests for merchandise/ticket doinations must be submitted in writing on organization letterhead. These requests must include the nature of the event, the date of the event, how the item will be used, a mailing address, and any organization contact information.

ALL REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED AT LEAST FOUR WEEKS PRIOR TO THE DATE OF THE EVENT FOR WHICH THE DONATION IS NEEDED.

Due to the high volume of requests we receive, we ask that you please do not call to check on the status of a previously requested donation.

All donations will be made in writing. All donation requests that are fufilled, whether it be ticket vouchers or merchandise ,MUST be picked up at the Lynx office.
